    Best landlord I’ve had!

    Pros:
    Wonderful, responsive landlord and super — always willing to go above and beyond.
    Cons:
    Water temp was a bit inconsistent — would oscillate suddenly between hot and cold. Our apt (top floor) also got very hot in the winter.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work!
