    Great building, good super and management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Really liked the small tenant population which makes the building cleaner and less noise in general. Awesome super who is very responsive.
    Cons:
    There was a water bug infestation in the cellar at one point.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the cleanliness. Liking the building so far!
