    Overall great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice finishes, not classic builder grade, spacious apartments.
    Cons:
    Insulation is terrible making the heat bill very high in winter. Landlord was very nice but had to be reminded of things multiple times or they didn’t get done. No sense of urgency.
