    Black Mold and Worse

    Pros:
    Nice neighborhood, and close to trains.
    Cons:
    Black mold in the walls.
    There's also a massive tree in the backyard that's pushing the foundation of the house - so the basement walls often leak.
    Plus the landlord is rude, nonresponsive, and doesn't like to pay for upkeep.
