Not Awful but Okay

Pros:
Water pressure and heat is solid in my unit
Decent amount of natural light
Neighbors are lovely
Trash is always taken care of quickly
Common areas are decently clean
Location is mostly great
Live in super is decently responsive but not available during business hours
Noise isn’t too bad for such an old building
Heating is consistent and good in my unit
No bugs, exterminator regularly comes

Owner/management company is garbage and is terrible about communication
Packages are constantly stolen from lobby, refusal to add cameras
Typical landlord special paint jobs
Trash location is down in side basement
While super is fairly responsive and mostly friendly, he has zero power to quickly resolve issues and can’t fix much on his own
Ceiling leaks in various parts of apts and floors about once every year
A couple years ago we were without gas for months
33rd street is basically the LGA super speedway
Bathrooms in need of renovations in most units
Packages are constantly stolen from lobby, refusal to add cameras
