    Great experience
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Lovely small building with three units and neighbors that were very considerate and respectful. I had no issues at all with the landlord, they were extremely responsive and very kind.
    Cons:
    We lived on the first floor and had ant infestations a few times, but I don't think that can be helped.
    Advice to owner:
    Thank you for your kindness!
