    Nice Apartment in great location

    Pros:
    Spacious bedrooms, both are similar sizes
    Nice small kitchen
    Apartment located on a nice block
    Great location
    Cons:
    A lot of cockrouches
    Had one mouse in the house
    Not a lot of light in the livingroom.
    You can hear the noise from outside. It's a busy street and people hunk a lot.
    Advice to owner:
    Disinfect the apartment

    Pros:
    The apartment is located in the heart of Astoria. Two equal big bedrooms with good closed space.

    Cons:
    Living room has little natural light and no ceiling light. We had problems with roaches in the kitchen.
    The street is noisy.
