    Great place to live

    Pros:
    Lots of living space, large bedrooms
    Central location to restaurants, stores and subway
    Lots of natural light
    Landlord and Super live in building, and very responsive
    Cons:
    Bedrooms facing the street would be a bit loud at night with street noise
    Very dated bathroom, but functioned fine

    Cons:
    Building is pre-war, there is noise on weekends coming from the streets, but manageable.
