    Great location with some drawbacks years ago

    Pros:
    Excellent location, newer finishes etc.
    Cons:
    Had bed bugs that never went away- this was 8-9 years ago and I moved out because the exterminator never fully got rid of them on half the apt. No roaches ever. 1 mouse behind a boiler that then had the hole sealed.
    Advice to owner:
    I’ve heard there have been renovations in the years since- hopefully the bed bugs are gone!!
