Management Severely Lacking
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has good bones

Had to open case in small claims court to recoup cost of hiring electrician for fire hazard in the bathroom (would not address sparking/smoking outlet). Oven broke and lesser quality one was installed - but done so poorly, unevenly and removal of the old oven exposed piles of rat poison behind it.
