Cute apartment with great owners
Pros
The owners of the property are such a lovely couple who were so sweet and responsive to my roommate and I. You could tell that they cared about the apartment and their tenants which is very rare in the city. The apartment was well maintained and there were never any issues with pests.
Cons
It’s a bit of a walk to the subway and nearest grocery store, though not unmanageable. There is a restaurant on the corner that does play loud music on the weekends, so sometimes it was noisy, but if you went to the other side of the apartment, it was fine.
