    Pros:
    Convenience,
    subway stations both ends of Broadway
    Cons:
    Noise level, homeless around the building
    Pest control
    No renovations
    Unit not kept up to date
    Plumbing issues
    Not very well kept
    The handle to my entrance door is always loose
    No doorbell
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate units, make them more up to date and better pest control
    Put screens in the windows
    Allow tenants to renovate and update spaces to an extent
    Better water pressure
    Gut all of plumbing, incorporate better plumbing
