    Pros:
    Landlords are great
    Building is clean
    Garbage area is always clean
    Front of building is always clean
    Everything in apartment is up to date and clean
    Heat and hot water is perfect
    Appliances are new and big (good brands, nothing cheap)
    Cabinets and kitchen new and clean
    No complaints at all
    Cons:
    Love the building, no complaints
    Advice to owner:
    None, very happy with building and landlord
