    Pros:
    All new interior, new windows, new floors. Love the location and the quiet tree-lined street; Exposed brick, new appliances, hardwood floors
    Cons:
    I wish we had full use of the outdoor patio, I wish it had central air; The doors were done cheaply both inside the house and in the interior
    Advice to owner:
    This is apartment is a gem! I wish you had offered flexible leasing, extra cleaning, or breaks on rent during covid; Please be sure to look for the studs in the wall before putting in shelves etc
