    Owner is responsive. Garbage area is well kept. Apartment is a good size.

    Severe pest control problem.

    They handle the trash very well and the landlord goes out of his way to help. Always responds very quickly for any problem that arises.
    Cons:
    Older building with the occasional cockroach
    Advice to owner:
    Seal around doors and windows to reduce pests.
