    Great apartment complex
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Newly renovated, landlord is responsive and quick and it’s on a great quiet street
    Cons:
    Water pressure for the kitchen sink isn’t that strong but it really is a great apartment
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing it’s great
