Good for roommates
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean well kept quiet and peaceful and in the middle of everything you need to access such as transportation or food shopping etc
Cons:
Some rooms didnt have windows only skylights so it would get really hot during the summer also needed a portable ac that runs a hose up through the ceiling to the roof to ventilate
Advice to owner:
No complaints other than maybe weatherize the building to withstand cold winters and hot summers but that’s part of living in NYC is to experience the seasons changing
