    Pros:
    I’ve lived here for several years. Building is prewar and kept in good shape, clean, live-in super is friendly and responsive. Units are big.
    Cons:
    Running too many appliances at once trips the breaker. Renovated units seem to be having theirs upgraded though, so this may not be a problem for you.

    Occasional mice but management is responsive about sending an exterminator. Pretty typical for NYC, so I hardly count this as a con for the building.
    Advice to owner:
    Good work. Keep on managing the building well.
