Landlady assaults tenants and harasses beware

Pros:
Beautiful building and relatively clean
Cons:
Landlady and her son are insane. They harassed and assaulted tenants. Barged their way into the apartment multiple times and constantly had to have cops called on them. Had to leave earlier than planned on lease because it would not stop. Local precinct is very aware of these two because they also attack each other and call the cops on each other as well. She would also refuse to turn on the heat sometimes. Went through garbage on the street, not just the buildings, and would harass tenants about it. Her creepy son would stalk us and tried attacking through a car door one time. They blast music sometimes to the point of floor vibrating too. And beware of her broker Kathleen. She made us pay more than legally allowed to move in as well. And we never got deposit back because she’s psycho. Landlady also seems to have some memory issues. She would constantly forget who we were. And she would call us racial slurs. It was fine in the beginning but then one day she snapped. 0/10 would honestly tell you to stay away for peace of mind and belongings. She went through our fridge one day too without consent.
