Terrible experience

Pros:
The apartments are somewhat renovated and quite spacious for a studio
Cons:
They didn’t paint before I moved in.
The landlord was not responsive and didn’t care to fix problems in the building since there was no super.
My upstairs neighbor was extremely noisy and reckless.
The landlord rarely turned on the heat during the winter time since she had to pay for it so I was left freezing cold most nights.
Advice to owner:
Do not own a property if you don’t intend to keep up with it
