Decent starter apartment

Pros:
Massive kitchen with a nice view of the backyard.
Spacious hallway closet.
There's roof access but don't expect too much, it's good for sunbathing but not a space to have parties or keep your plants.
Landlord is generally available if you need a leak fixed or if you forget your keys.
Never had issues with heat during the winter.

Cons:
Very little natural light in the bedroom next to the living room. Overall awkward layout for an apartment. The bottom of the bathroom sink cabinet was disintegrating.
