    Family owned, family friendly, when you live here you are family

    Pros:
    The landlord lives on the first floor, ANYTHING you need taken care of will be handled immediately. 2 blocks from the R/M train and on a quiet block right off of Broadway.
    Cons:
    Outdated buzzer system, unable to control heat
    Advice to owner:
    You’re incredible.
