    A charming place
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful retro unit with easy access to trains, charming interior, and a great amount of space.
    Cons:
    Stairs are tight and hard to get large furniture in and out; had to hire a sofa surgeon when we moved in. Close enough to Broadway to be loud. Front door to the building sometimes has lock issues in the winter when the wood contracts around the door.
