    Pros:
    Super responsive with any issues, from cleanliness to waterbug sightings to light bulb changes. Quiet street, management lives nearby.
    Cons:
    Hard to find something to complain about, but neighbors behind the building with patios can get noisy when they're outside and the sound echoes within the space between this building and theirs, which isn't the management's fault, but something to keep in mind. Also, noise from the nearby school's field often echoes within the space as well.
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing really, appreciate your great work at keeping this living space comfortable and safe.
