    Started as a great find but...
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The apartment was very well maintained. Newly constructed and in a great neighborhood.
    Cons:
    The amount of rules and regulations for this unit was too much. The landlord would regulate what is allowed in your private balcony, regulate how much hot water you receive (even if it was included in the rent) they will actually shut down the hot water if they felt you consumed too much and then tried to charge you extra in top of your rent at the end of the month. You would not be able to watch TV or have guest over because they will immediately call you to complain even if it was on a weekend at 1pm. During the winter, the heater was almost never on, and you were not allowed to hang anything on the walls. They require for you to not wear shoes in the house and also not walk "loud" because they will hear it. Forget about growing a family here, they will try to increase your rent as they consider a baby a tenant.
    Advice to owner:
    Don't rent the apartment.
