I’ve lived here for years and absolutely love it - George is a great guy who genuinely cares about his tenants. Never had an issue with bugs or critters, place is super clean and well taken care of.
Only con is the noise level being next door to an elementary school, but on the plus side there’s a ton of sunlight looking out over the blacktop.
