    Poor management and illegal occupation in basement
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great quiet neighborhood
    Cons:
    Laundry units barely work and end up costing more because the dryer does not work right. Never fixed, always bandaged.

    Illegal occupants (6) in the basement which is dangerous. Blocks the access to the yard, fire hazard.
    Advice to owner:
    Correct, not bandage, the issues with your building and remove the illegal occupants in the basement. Not safe and never mentioned in open houses.
