Unresponsive and unreachable landlord. Garbage management was a disaster. Holes around the apartment were covered with tinfoil. Got partial security deposit back based on made up claims by landlord. Very disappointing with the experience, after having lived in various apartments in Astoria/LIC for the past 20 years.
Advice to owner:
A landlord has responsibilities. You can see this just as a real estate investment at the expense of your tenants. Hire someone to provide maintenance.
