Great area, lots to do, family friendly neighborhood but also night live available (Bars/ restaurants/ lounges). Grocery and laundry within a block.
Cons:
Landlord cares more about her rent payment vs taking care of needs of the apartment property and professionally. If it saves her a dollar short term she would choose that over having it cost more and done correctly. She won’t give legal leases so she can easily kick you out once she finds a better offer. If that’s not enough there’s basically an Ant farm living in this entire house and will eat every piece of food you own. You’ll be sure to see little black ants in every corner, not just in the kitchen either and she’ll refuses to pay for an exterminator. The worst of all is in the winter she turns the heat off to save every penny on oil costs. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
