Excellent landlord!

Pros:
Building is less than 2 minutes away from ditmars blvd. train station. Landlords always responded to any of my questions and concerns instantaneously. If I ever had a problem with something In my apartment the problem was resolved either same day or depending on when I was able to let them in. Excellent landlord, family operated which u can easily tell they care about the property.
Cons:
Only con is that the train station is right across the street so u will faintly hear the train pass by pretty often. Honestly after a week I won’t even realize it and get use to it.
