    Great Apartment Building!

    Pros:
    I have lived here for 5 years, I can say with confidence it is well maintained. The landlord is very personable and responsive. If you need something he can be there ASAP to fix it (no live in super). The hallway is pretty clean. No issues with bugs inside the apartments (if any get in it's usually off the street, more in the warmer months). Close to subway and many great restaurants. Rent controlled.
    Cons:
    It is an older building, on a busy street. Noise level from other apartments within in the building is pretty low. If you have a car, street parking only. Not the most spacious apartments but great layout and good location. Sometimes the outermost front door to the building doesn't close properly, would be nice for added security/postman leaving packages.
