    Pros:
    The super was very responsive and apartment was well-maintained!
    Cons:
    Walk-up building only.
    Advice to owner:
    Allow roof access!

    Pros:
    Clean place, good heat and water. Super is super responsive and personal. Owners are great.
    Cons:
    28th street is a bit busy. You can hear the trucks off 287/RFK. But honestly, it's fine.
    Advice to owner:
    This place is great.
