The location and layout of the apartment are fantastic. Master bedroom is a great size and good closet space. Front facing.
Cons:
The the other bedroom is a joke. Better for a couple to use as an office or other misc room. Kitchen and bathroom dingy.
Advice to owner:
Don’t scam young girls out of half their security deposit because you have to repaint in between tenants.

Pros:
Apartments are on the larger side
Cons:
There is a screaming toddler on the second floor The landlord does everything half assed The roach and/or mouse problem never truly gets fixed. The landlord only wants to put out traps or set off a toxic roach bomb off. He never pays to get the place properly sprayed.
Advice to owner:
Actually fix things, well. Don’t use the cheapest materials and cheapest labor. Every other building in the row of buildings have had the front repainted except yours. Fix the mailboxes, most of them are broken.
