Convenient location and great landlords
Pros
This property is located in a quiet block but a close 4-5 min walk to the subway/hustle and bustle. The apartments are upgraded and you can tell the landlords take good care of their tenants.
Cons
The entrance could use some cleaning and upgraded rug. Everyone goes in and out and sometimes it can get a little bit dirty.

Keep being caring and putting your love into the property and the people who live in it
