Not the best not the worst

Pros:
Rent controlled is a plus
Cons:
Took over 6 months to repair gas lines and zero compensation to the tenants
Advice to owner:
Be fair to your tenants and act accordingly

Cute building, nice neighbors

Pros:
Cute building, nice people, nice super, thick walls, spacious apartments, great location
Cons:
I had a problem with small roaches and ceiling leaks. Both were blamed on the tenant above me but I never determined if that was the truth. The super came to spray all the time but it never helped.
Advice to owner:
I guess deal with the roach issue?
