    Great experience here
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location, clean, renovated, washer/dryer, landlord always around
    Cons:
    street without trees, auto place on corner with young guys speeding their loud cars down the block and using some of the street parking
    Advice to owner:
    Plant some trees and grass outside!
