Best Landlord I've had being a native New Yorker

Pros:
Quiet neighbors, Landlord is very responsive to any issues, exterminator comes every month, landlord will text you any time work is being done on the building. Quiet block, can't say enough good things about this place.
Cons:
Heating can be iffy during the winter in the bedrooms. Rest of the apartment is all good though
