    Pros:
    Apartment is spacious
    Cons:
    Landlord lady with bad manners and not polite ways to communicate, banging the door at the moment to ask for rent, surprise show ups for no reason, and multiple bad moments. Whit out to mention that rats own the dirty basement to the point of bitting tenants.
    Advice to owner:
    Hopefully someone else is in charge of the property.
