    Not ideal - cheap landlord

    Pros:
    Decent size. The apartment has decent size.
    Cons:
    Many rats. Mold. Cold in the winter. Not enough hot water. Expensive rent for the bad location.

    Not much advice.

    Pros:
    The house is walking distance from Astoria park
    Cons:
    People were in and out of the area they rented to me.
    They took months to replace or repair things.
    They robbed me but it wasn’t worth taking them to court.
    There is an empty lot next door where people park their cars.
    There is no feeling of privacy.
    Cold air comes through the windows.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you do. You’re awesome!
