    Great place, not great landlord.

    Pros:
    Great space, especially the big kitchen, good natural light and right near the park.
    Cons:
    Living above the landlord was a nightmare. They were constantly screaming at each other, vacuumed at 7am EVERY DAY and were very rude on numerous occasions. Two days before moving out, she shut off the hot water and I had to call 311 to get it back on. When i had guests stay over, they would be interrogated on the way out by the landlord to make sure there were only two full time residents. There were piles and piles of QVC and amazon packages constantly in the hallway next to the staircase up to the second floor which lead to the tenant apartment. The shared space was never cleaned.
    Advice to owner:
    Be nicer, quieter and cleaner. If you have something to say to your tenant, speak to them directly and not to their guests. Also, fix the heating.
