Backyard is big
Cons:
Everything else that you hate! Worst mistake living here! did not feel great about the owner and his bs. Owner says free heat but doesn't put the heat on in winter. He says max 60° is enough and locks the control. He is very cheap and the garage is not supposed to be a room. Lived there for a year and it was terrible with all the pest coming from the ceiling. If you don't have a car it's pointless living here because the walk is almost 25min to the train. They lie and will keep lying
