    Well Managed Apartment, Good Place to Live and Reasonably Priced

    Pros:
    You get a good amount of space for the value, two bathrooms and sizable individual bedrooms. Kitchen works great and place is easy to clean.
    Cons:
    Occasional heat issues during winter (which property manager would address, but consistently happened enough to be an issue)
