Everything! So perfect! The place, the owners, the price, cleanliness, the kids/families, the laundry, the light, the elevator! I mean everything BUT THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS.
Cons:
The people downstairs are so inconsiderate, rude, disrespectful, down right bullies. Since the second we moved it, they have been so rude about us making noise- granted we would love to compromise if it was us BUT IT WASN’T. We were on vacation for 2 weeks and they complained of noise- like what? The ghost that lives here? All the complaints were completely inconsistent with us being home. We are 100% sure these people are racists and just don’t like us living in this co-op building. They have been making this safe haven a living hell for us.
Advice to owner:
Honestly would love it if I saw the same treatment for all races. We have been so respectful and understanding of other’s noises and issues, all rules and regulations, but somethings are not okay. Thank you.
