Great building. Loved living there.

Pros:
The building address is supposed to be 37-21 80th St., Queens, NY 11372 for some reason it keeps changing it to 3715.

Large living space, Well maintained building.

Rented directly from the owner of the apartment unit. He never raised the rent. Lived there for almost 10 years.
Cons:
Experienced some leakage in both the bedroom and living room that required repairs.

Definitely noisy but you get used to it. You can hear the rumble of the 7 train and the overhead planes coming from LaGuardia. Not a problem though.
Advice to owner:
None. Loved this building.
