Nice neighbors and neighborhood when I was there.
No heat in the winter. Water damage all over, mold around sinks, bathrooms, bedrooms. Windows don’t close properly, no proper insulation. They don’t clean the building. It smells like literal cat liter. Moved out as soon as possible.
Keep maintenance up and inspect your apartments because they’re certainly not up to date
