Great building - Questionable Management

Pros

Great amenities, gym, elevator, new building and interior is very nice. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to train and grocery/food.

Cons

Management is pretty much nonexistent. I've been trying to reach out through provided contacts but no response. Garbage builds up very quickly with slow take-out and there's always flooding near the garbage bins.
