    Selfish landlord

    Pros:
    big apartment, big bathroom
    Cons:
    Despite having lived at this property for the last 20+ years the landlord renovated the outside of the home including the front yard, only to make it inaccesible for me and my children. He does not live on the property and has no other use for the front yard. Why he would deny us access is what you cal selfish. Helped pay his mortgage all these years yet my toddler daughters cant play in the newly redone yard.
    Advice to owner:
    redo the whole thing
