OK building, generally acceptable
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good heat, rarely had hot water or pest issues. Trash control not so great, but in spite of that rarely saw bugs.
Cons:
Very slow to respond to maintenance requests and the maintenance/repair guys who do come are generally doing the quick fix (which inevitable needs they will need to come back again in a short time and scheduling it is a nightmare.)
