Clean, close to the 7 train
worst landlord, they lied about everything(when I say everything, I literally mean everything) , never hear any true words from them. and, they accuse you for something you never done, so they can have excuse not return your deposit. For example, sometimes the wind would shut the door and make a big noise, and the female landlord would accuse me for damaging their wooden door
