Good location, hospitals and subway stations right around

1. Leaks and breaks, bathroom ceiling leaks most of the time, plaster coming off. 2. They manages the building with porters can’t fix any minor problems. 3. Bathroom clogs frequently,!bad draining system 4. Windows falls off on heavy wind 5. No ramp in big building 6. A lot people lives is small apartment but party likes crazy. Noisy on weekend nights. 7. Delivery packages being stolen on regular basis
